Specifications and Deadlines:

Ads are printed out at 300 dpi.

True black and white ads look better than those
with screens.

Files in a .pdf format are preferable.

A 10% formatting fee ($55 minimum) will be
invoiced for any in-house design or modifications.

Camera ready artwork must reach our office
by the 12th of the month preceding the publication. If you are
mailing camera ready artwork, please send a copy for each issue
in which your ad will appear.

In order to receive the 15% prepayment discount,
payment must be received prior to publication date (the 1st
of the month). Payment can be made by check, Visa, Mastercard
and American Express.
