The 2010 Biotechnology Calendar, Inc. Loyalty Program is a special way to provide even more value to customers who purchase multiple exhibit spaces. This year we have even more options and perks including quantity purchase incentives that give you credits to try any of our existing shows or one of our many new shows or new show series. We will be adding new shows for each month in 2010 and encourage you to set additional marketing dollars aside so you will be able to take advantage of these exciting new locations to reach top researchers as these events are released.
5 - 9 Shows
   
When you purchase 5 to 9 shows you can now enjoy the following additional benefits*:
$2000 - $3600 of black and white advertising credits ($400 for each show purchased). Use this credit to purchase one ¼ page ad in each event program or combine in any number of ways for advertising in any of our event programs throughout the year. This credit applies to black and white advertising only.
$150 credit towards any of our 2010 shows including our new Front Line Events™ series.**
$200 credit for advertising design services. This special perk can give companies without the benefit of a graphic design department, the full advantage of these advertising opportunities. This credit typically covers the cost of a simple, custom, and graphically pleasing advertisement. (One credit per company.)
10 - 19 Shows
   
When you purchase 10 to 19 shows you can now enjoy the following additional benefits*:
$5000 - $9500 of black and white advertising credit ($500 for each show purchased).
To maximize your on campus presence throughout the 2010 show series use this credit to purchase one ½ page ad in each of the event program associated with the shows you do or use these credits in any number of ways for advertising in any of our 2010 event programs. These credits apply to black and white advertising only.
$400 credit towards any 2010 show including our new Front Line Events™ series.**
$200 credit for advertising design services. This service perk can give companies without the benefit of a graphic design department the full advantage of these advertising opportunities. This credit typically covers the cost of a simple, custom, and graphically pleasing 1/2 page advertisement. (One credit per company.
$500 literature display credit. Announce your new products, services, or distribute samples at a show that you cannot physically attend. It is a great way to receive more visibility for your products and extend your brand.
20 - 39 Shows
   
When you purchase 20-39 shows in the 2010 calendar year enjoy the following additional benefits*:
$16,000 - $23,000 in black and white advertising credits. This $800 per show credit allows you to purchase a full page black and white event program advertisement or mix and match any number of ways to maximize your on campus presence in any or all of our 2010 event programs. This credit applies to black and white advertising only.
$1000 - $1950 credit towards any additional 2010 shows over the 20-39 purchased including our new Front Line Events™ series ($50 per show credit is earned toward the purchase of additional 2010 shows).**
$200 credit for advertising design services. This special perk can give companies without the benefit of a graphic design department, the full advantage of these advertising opportunities. This credit typically covers the cost of a simple, custom, and graphically pleasing advertisement. (One credit per company.)
$600 literature display credit. Announce your new products, services, or distribute samples at a show that you cannot physically attend. It is a great way to receive more visibility for your products and extend your brand.
40 - 49 Shows
   
When you purchase 40 - 49 shows in the 2010 calendar year enjoy the following additional benefits*:
$40,000 - $49,000 FULL COLOR GLOSSY or black and white advertising credits.*** This $1000 per show advertising credit allows you to purchase a full page color advertisement in each event program or mix and match your total credit dollars to maximize your on campus presence in any of our 2010 event programs.
$16,000 - $19,600 in black and white company profile or press release advertising credits. This $400 per show credit allows you to purchase a ½ page black and white company profile or press release advertisement at each event you participate in or mix and match to maximize your on campus presence in any of our 2010 event programs.
$3000 - $3675 credit towards any future 2010 show including our new Front Line Events™ ($75 credit is earned for each 2010 show purchased).**
$200 credit for advertising design services. This special perk can give companies without the benefit of a graphic design department, the full advantage of these advertising opportunities. This credit typically covers the cost of a simple, custom, and graphically pleasing advertisement. (One credit per company.)
